Get the Most from Your Steroid Cycle

Let me begin by saying steroids don't work unless you do. My first cycle was 400mgs a week of Deca and 500mgs a week of Sustanon. I hardly freaking grew! That was a decent first cycle but I'll be honest... I didn't know what in the hell I was doing. I didn't train hard because I figured the drugs would do all the work. Over the years, I've learned a few things that may help you out. Hopefully you can learn from my trials and errors.

Tip 1: Freakin' EAT!!! Many of these guys nowadays think that the drugs will add muscle size without eating right. Work your ass off all you want but you won't see any gains without the proper nutrition. Don't listen to the pro bodybuilder's diets because they are on so much insulin and GH that they are human garbage disposals. The average Joe should take in about 300-500 calories a day more than he burns following a diet of high protein with moderate carbs and healthy fats.

Tip 2: Forget rest days, just make sure to get enough sleep. Overtraining is total bull and rest days should only be used when life gets in the way of your workouts. Sleep a MINIMUM of 6 hours a day while on gear and you should be a powerhouse. Your body will be recovering quick enough that rest days should be renamed waste days.

Tip 3: Train heavy! Multiple times a day when I'm at my local gym I see guys basically playing with weights. They aren't toys to mess around with they are tools to chisel your physique. Basic rule of thumb is if you aren't sweating then you aren't working. Take off the damn diaper and put on your big boy pants! Grab a weight heavy enough that you can only get 6-12 reps with. Not grab a weight and do 6-12 reps easily then put it back. That's too light. Keep going up in weight until you can only do 6 reps with proper form. If you must cheat, only do it on the last rep. Forget that 15+ rep BS, lift heavy and you'll become a monster.

Tip 4: Drink fluids. Drink a lot throughout the day and stay hydrated. Drink before you get thirsty. Yes, it's annoying to pee every hour. But it's just as annoying to get cramps while working out.

Tip 5: Scales are for women. Don't use the scale to judge your progress. Use the mirror and your progress in the gym. If your abs are barely visible you need to scale down the calories fatty. Simple as that.

Tip 6: Don't "Dirty Bulk." Dirty bulking is basically eating whatever the hell you want and not monitoring your food intake. I have done this multiple times and I just get fatter than a sumo wrestler. The leaner you are, the more your body is willing to pack on muscle.
