Nandrolone Phenylpropionate and Deca have been at battle for a long time. Which is actually best, though, all depends on your requirements and goals. As the name might suggest to you, both Nandrolone Phenylpropionate and Decanoate are both varients of Nandrolone, but with different esters attached to it. Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP) is a short ester, and Deca is a long ester. So, the primary difference between the two is the length of time it takes to do its job. NPP is a much faster-acting steroid than Deca, meaning you see the results from your hard work quicker.
You will gain some significant muscle gain while using NPP, but again, as with Deca, those gains are not surrounded by water retention. Therefore, it will not look as much as you could gain from other anabolic steroids on the market. There are three main reasons why you might want to use NPP instead of Deca, though.
